These Terms and Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and pk77 governing your access to and use of all services offered on the pk77 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
The sections below summarise the most significant provisions of these Terms. The full legal text follows immediately after. In case of any conflict, the full text governs.
Only persons aged 21 or above may register and use pk77 services. Identity verification is mandatory. Accounts found to be held by under-age users will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk77. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, household, or payment method are prohibited. pk77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated bonuses without notice.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. pk77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time with reasonable notice.
Fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, collusion, use of automated software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. pk77 operates zero tolerance — confirmed violations result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.
Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Funds deposited via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer are withdrawn to the same method where technically possible. pk77 processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the Payments section of these Terms.
All disputes must be raised through official pk77 support channels within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. pk77 will review and respond within a reasonable period. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") are entered into between pk77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account or accesses services on the pk77 platform accessible at pk77.lol and its associated sub-domains. These Terms govern all aspects of the relationship between the Company and the User, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity, bonus participation, and dispute resolution. By proceeding with account registration, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their content, and agreed to be legally bound by them.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:
Access to and use of the pk77 Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of the User's Account:
Age Restriction Notice: pk77 operates a strict 21+ policy. If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be under the age of twenty-one, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any funds held in an Account found to belong to an underage User will be handled in accordance with the Company's regulatory obligations.
Each eligible individual may register a single Account on the pk77 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid mobile number (the primary number registered with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the User's chosen payment method), and a valid email address. The User bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pk77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to protect their credentials. Users must notify pk77 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account.
Where the Company identifies multiple accounts associated with a single individual, it reserves the right to: (a) close all but one Account at its discretion; (b) void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts; (c) withhold funds pending investigation; and (d) permanently close all accounts if fraudulent intent is established.
pk77 operates mandatory KYC procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Identity verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any time the Company deems necessary for regulatory or anti-fraud purposes.
The Company may require one or more of the following documents: a government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within three months); and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. The Company will process submitted documentation within a reasonable period, typically three (3) business days. Users are advised to submit KYC documents proactively to avoid delays when placing withdrawal requests.
pk77 follows international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All KYC documentation is reviewed confidentially and stored securely in accordance with the pk77 Privacy Policy.
All Account funding transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk77 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) online transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) online transfer, and Meezan Bank online transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed within the Account dashboard.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotional offer. The Company reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the User's pk77 Account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within two (2) to four (4) banking hours on business days. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the User's payment provider or banking institution.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the User's own name. The Company will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from payment methods not registered to the Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
pk77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, the User's payment provider or bank may impose their own transfer charges, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed KYC verification and have a positive real-money balance in their Account. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be subject to additional verification checks.
Approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours during business days. Processing times for VIP Account holders may differ per their specific Account terms.
Where technically feasible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If this is not technically possible, the Company will determine the most appropriate alternative method, which may require additional verification.
The Company reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal represents funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the withdrawal would otherwise violate applicable regulatory obligations.
pk77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail over these general Terms with respect to that specific offer only.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotional page for that offer.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live table games and RNG table games may contribute at a reduced rate, which will be specified in the individual offer terms. Certain game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
The manipulation of bonus structures through coordinated play, the systematic use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other strategy that the Company determines constitutes bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of confirmed bonus abuse.
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by the Company at any time. Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who have not self-excluded or had their accounts restricted. The Company is not obligated to offer the same promotion to all Users.
All bets and gaming activity conducted on the pk77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform interface. These general Terms apply in addition to those specific game rules.
A bet or gaming wager is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has generated a confirmation and the relevant amount has been deducted from the User's Account balance. The Company reserves the right to void bets placed in error or resulting from manifest pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game, as displayed within the game or betting interface. These limits may vary by game type, User Account tier, and specific promotions. The Company reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
All game outcomes and sports betting results are determined by the relevant event outcome or certified RNG system as applicable. The Company's decision regarding the settlement of any bet or gaming round is final, subject to the disputes procedure in Section 16 of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, entitling the Company to take immediate remedial action including Account suspension or permanent closure:
The Company operates zero tolerance for fraudulent activity. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to void all associated bets and winnings, close the Account permanently, and — where legally required — report the relevant conduct to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
pk77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively supports responsible gaming principles. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Users to assist in managing their gaming activity:
If a User believes their gambling may be causing harm, they are encouraged to contact the pk77 responsible gaming team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. The Company will respond promptly and in confidence. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account — such conduct constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
All content on the pk77 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, trademarks, graphics, text, data, and game content, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, frame, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) interruption of service arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers; (d) events of Force Majeure; or (e) the User's failure to follow Platform rules or security recommendations.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access, it does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable regulatory obligations. Upon closure for cause, the Company may void outstanding bonuses and forfeit any funds derived from prohibited activity.
Users may close their Account at any time by contacting pk77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
This Agreement and all matters arising out of or connected to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk77 holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 16.
Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights that the User may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, unless a shorter period is required by regulatory obligation.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amended Terms. Users who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with the User's Account or any activity on the pk77 Platform, the User must follow the process below:
All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Disputes raised outside this window may not be eligible for investigation under these procedures.
